Fantastic time at the villa
We
had a fantastic time at the villa, the location is perfect only 15mins
from Disney and 30mins from Universal. The spacious pool deck and views
were great for some downtime away from the parks or shopping. We
especially enjoyed watching the planes flying in and out of the local
airport, my son loved it! Thanks again and we hope to visit in the
future.

Villa
has always been spotless.
As
regular visitors we find the location of the villa excellent - nice and
easy to get most places without having to tackle the traffic hot spots.
We like the tranquility of sitting out overlooking the lake. Excellent
management company have always been very obliging and over several
visits we’ve never had any issues and the villa has always
been spotless.

We found the Villa to be so comfortable like home from home
Everything we needed was there and the pool was so nice at the end of a
busy day
and on our ‘rest’’ days

Amazing
stay apart from the Hurricane.
Just
wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa.
Apart from hurricane we had an amazing stay and were very grateful for
the chance to enjoy your home. It was amazing with everything that we
wanted and needed to make the stay enjoyable. The location was ideal
making it's so easy to get to all the attractions and eating places

Lakeside Villa was clean, providing a comfortable and well-equipped
environment. Its prime location offered easy access to all the major
theme parks and local amenities, making it an ideal choice for anyone
visiting the area.
The
serene atmosphere was accentuated by the lakeside view from the pool.
It was a delight to witness the graceful Sandhill Cranes and the
American White Ibis during our stay.

We
really enjoyed our stay in your villa, It was just as advertised and
perfect for our holiday. It was very relaxing especially the pool after
a long day at the theme parks. I loved just sitting with a cup of tea
watching the wildlife around the lake while waiting for the kids to
wake up, though I did not see the Alligator. We enjoyed it so much that
I am exploring the idea of coming back again next year so I maybe in

Lovely
spacious villa
We
visited Graham and Maria's lovely spacious villa in August 2024 and it
was like being at home. We were very comfortable and the villas was so
convenient for the parks and amenities and yet far enough away for us
to relax away from the hustle & bustle of Orlando. We would
definitely recommend the villa particularly for families who want the
freedom away from the big resorts who don't want to stay in a hotel.
The electronic information that you sent us was invaluable and we used
it like an app on our phone everyday.

Amazing
Hi Graham & Maria,Our Holiday was amazing and made so much better having such
a lovely home to base ourselves, everything in your lovely Villa was just
perfect for us. Location was fantastic and being able to observe some of
the wildlife on our doorstep was amazing, fishing the lake was a joy as well
(caught a fish most casts). We loved the visits from the Sandhill Cranes
these guys were awesome. But all in all AMAZING.

helping make our first ever trip that little extra special, also all the advice
you gave us on the lead up to our trip was an amazing help.

with us it certainly was paradise for us. We had a very relaxing week
my hubby did a lot of fishing in the lovely lake and the little gator
kept him company your villa was beautiful and had everything you could

2 week stay
Fabulous
2 week stay. Everything we needed was in the villa and the local
alligator made an appearance on our last day. 🥳
We all
loved coming back from the parks and relaxing round the pool. Great way
to end a day.
The location is second to none. 20 minute easy drive to the parks and
Walmart 2 minutes away.
Owners Graham and Maria always quick to respond to emails

Great
Villa in a Great Location
My
wife and I booked the Florida Lakeside Villa at Eagle Pointe for a two
week holiday with a mixture of golf and park visits. Communication with
the owners Graham and Maria was seamless with more than sufficient
information to ensure our stay passed without a problem.
The
villa is in a great location only a short distance from the parks and a
host of golf courses. The villa itself is very comfortable with a
fantastic outlook from the pool overlooking a lake. It was nice and
private and on a small quiet complex which ensured our stay was both
peaceful and restful whilst recovering from busy days. The villa itself
had everything we wanted.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away and
celebration or Disney Springs are a short taxi ride should you not wish
to drive.
A great villa in a great location. I would recommend Florida Lakeside
Villa on Eagle Pointe to anyone.

Lovely
clean villa and pool, views of the lake and the fishing was great.
(fishing rods were supplied in the villa)
We were there for the hurricane and Grahams communications with us were
brilliant, we were due to leave on the Sunday but couldn't because of
this and Graham let us stay in the villa until Tuesday morning, which
was amazing as our other villa was inaccessible due to the hurricane,
would definitely stay here again.

I just
wanted to email to follow up after our holiday. First of all, thank you
very much for allowing us to rent your beautiful villa for two weeks
from 8th to 22 May. I forgot to write in your guest book so just wanted
to express our gratitude by email. We all had an absolutely fabulous
time and now definitely have the holiday blues :-(. We managed to see
the crocodile/ alligator every other day and were also lucky enough to
see a turtle and a number of different bird species too. Spending time
on your terrace by the pool every morning was so peaceful too before
hitting the parks :-) We found everything that we needed in the villa
and would certainly love to come back again one day. We will certainly
recommend your villa to our friends and relatives too

We
were in USA for granddaughters graduation at Penn State University
where son is a professor.
Your villa looked lovely on website and was just the right size, had a
pool and overlooked the lake - suited us perfectly.
The Lake provided us with a nice view and many interesting birds as
well as some privacy.We were already fond of Celebration and Winter
Park, so we enjoyed revisiting, while the Disney World attractions were
close by for son and granddaughters to revisit.
We were very pleased with and felt at home in your villa, and though
Florida and Disney World is not what we would be seeking again soon for
a holiday, we would be happy to return to your villa in Eagle Pointe
and have already recommended it to family and friends.

love staying here
The
villa is perfectly located for both Disney, Universal and shopping but
is secluded enough if you just want to get away from it all. Walmart is
just a couple of minutes drive away, and the Disney gates really are
only 12 mins away. The villa came equipped with everything we could
wish for, washer dryer, dishwasher, dvd player, cd player, kettle, wi
fi etc . The view and setting by the lake is amazing we spent most
evenings fishing, watching the wildlife (gator,herons,birds of
prey,snappers to name just a few).As seasoned visitors to Orlando we
wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa"
