The above
rates include
Florida State Taxes of 13.5%.These
are paid Monthly to the State.
Pool heat can be provided at an aditional cost of £20.00 per day
including 13.5% Tax.
Reservations require a completed booking form which we wil email to
you, plus a £200.00 per week booked, deposit.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
