Eagle Pointe is well

fantastic Florida holiday. There is a large Wal-Mart supermarket
a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Route 192,
if you
are not aware, is the main road running through Kissimmee and has too
many restaurants, shops and activities to list
here. We
provide our guests with an app' before you arrive which details
all the shops
restaurants activities together with driving directions and links to
their websites.

Old Town Kissimmee:
Old Town opened in December
1986, and is located on US 192 in Kissimmee, Old Town is a
unique 18-acre entertainment district featuring over 70 unique and
affordable shops, restaurants, bars, rides, and family-friendly
attractions. In 2019, Old Town underwent a significant renovation that
introduced new attractions, including an 86-foot Ferris wheel,
enhancing the nostalgic experience for visitors
If you havent visited this before it is well worth a visit on Saturday
evenings to see the classic car show as they drive along the streets..

parking but get there early on a Saturday as it is

Shopping:
The Mall at Millenia
is
Orlando's luxury shopping experience. It has over 150 exclusive stores,
eateries, plus luxury boutique stores too many to name. There is also
one of our favourite restaurants The
Cheescake factory located here, a must if you have a sweet
tooth or two!

Parks:
There are many local parks around Eagle Pointe, we detail them all on
our guests app'. One worth noting is Kissimmee Lakefront Park,
This award winning park is located between downtown Kissimme and Lake
Tohopekaliga. It has playgrounds, splash pad, fishing, outdoor events,
picnic tables, walking trails. A great place to walk and enjoy
the
scenery.

Dining:
The restaurants along HWY192
are too many to detail here. From budget restaurants to specialist
restaurants you really have a wide choice. The 192 has always
been the fun highway, The state has spent $23 million dollars
beautifying the area and to help visitors there are mile markers along
the 15 mile route. There are over 50 restaurants on HWY192 between Mile
marker 4 & 6 to give you an idea of choice, Longhorn Steakhouse,
Red
lobster, Golden Corral and one of our favourites The Olive Garden
(highly recomended) Our guests app' details the various

Golf::
Kissimmee has some of the finest golf courses in the World. One of the
most highly rated Golf courses is Falcoln's Fire Golf club,
which
is just a 11 min drive from the villa. Other local golf clubs include
Remington golf club, Stonegate golf club, Oaks National golf club,
Hawks Landing golf club, to name but a few. Average distance/driving
times below to some of these.

Air
boat rides: One
of the most recomended things to do in
Kissimmee.There is a good choice of Airboat ride companies, one of the
nearest Boggy Creek
Airboat rides which
offers rides from 30mins to 4 hrs.This is a 23 mins
drive,
and takes you on Lake Tohopekaliga, one of the largest lakes. Gator airboat rides
is about a 30 mins drive and takes you on the East
Lake Tohopekaliga, Listed
