Our Lastminute Rates are shown including Florida State Taxes which are presently 13%. These are paid Monthly.(State Taxes are subject to change. They will be quoted at the time of reservation and fixed at that time.(Beware of some cheaper homes who may not be legitimate, and may not registered with the State )
All rates are inclusive of full home preparation, and full clean after your stay. The rates include all Utilities, including water, Drainage,Pool cleans, Lawnmaintenance,charges, Access 24/7 to our Local Management Company.
Prices are for Exclusive use of our home, NOT per person.
Stays of less than 7 nights incur a fee of £38 or $70
Pool heat extra £15 or $25 per day if required (Recommended October to February).
